John Quincy Adams addressing the 12th Congressional District of Massachusetts (1837) stated: "Regardless of the feelings of the House! What have the feelings of the House to do with the free agency of a member in the discharge of his duty? One of the most sacred duties of a member is to present the petitions committed to his charge – a duty he cannot refuse or neglect to perform, without violating his oath to support the Constitution of the United States." John Quincy Adams made a stand to defend this Constitution and the rights guaranteed to by it to the people. The Campbell County Commissioners had such an opportunity on 01/04/2023, 01/17/2023 and 02/06/2023 to be a beacon of light but rather they took the path of oppression that Mr Adams spent the remaining years of his life fighting against. Another petition that focused on the border invasion was submitted for the agenda this week but again was met with resistance.

The board may have admitted that many situations are unconstitutional but have stated its a waste of time and money, it would create a "shit show" and there is no statute saying they most act... Statute is not supreme to, Wyoming Constitution Article 6, Section 20: Senators and representatives and all judicial, state and county officers shall, before entering on the duties of their respective offices, take and subscribe the following oath or affirmation: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support, obey and defend the constitution of the United States, and the constitution of the state of Wyoming; that I have not knowingly violated any law related to my election or appointment, or caused it to be done by others; and that I will discharge the duties of my office with fidelity."

It is time our government represents the people not itself. From the commissioners website where its part of their mission to violate the Constitution of the United States... "Federal Cooperating Agencies Due the large amount of land owned by the federal government (including subsurface minerals), Campbell County is designated a “cooperator” with the federal government in land use planning and environmental assessment actions. The role is a federally granted position that Commissioners possess to be at the table in determining the management actions of federal lands within the borders of Campbell County. Campbell County Commissioners are national leaders in this role, and devote a significant amount of time to understanding and participating in these colossal efforts." https://www.campbellcountywy.gov/165/County-Commissioners
